These are the IKEA runnen acacia wood deck tiles. Obviously heavily weathered, as well as wood stairs, in the winter heavy rain and full sun in summer. The mossy area is where the drainage runs off.

Is it worth the effort or even possible (just solo woman here) to sand down (would probably be best to rent a standup sander?) and restain and restore these? If so, I imagine this would be a day or two of work at least, and if I hired out, would very costly. Trying to decide on any of the above routes or just taking it offer completely and replacing with someone thing synthetic as doing yearly deck maintenance is something that I’m unlikely to stay consistent with. Any suggestions appreciated thanks!
