After Mr. Yagami died why didn't Light kill off the Task Force and replace them with Yes Men who supported Kira?

He was perfectly fine killing them in the end. He could've easily had others fill in their position. That way at the final confrontation if the Notebook was swapped/failed they can just gun them down.

Tomorrow marks 60 days of the undeclared Iran War. Will anything actually happen? Or is the Court going to just say political question it's up to Congress?
