I am looking for young people to share a house with me, preferably young professionals, with the goal of maintaining a quiet and organized environment.

The house is large, modern, and located in the Laranjeiras area in Lisbon. I currently have two rooms available:

• Room 1: Fully furnished.
• Room 2: Unfurnished (ideal if you prefer to bring your own furniture).

Conditions and pricing:

• Rent: €425/month (bills not included).
• Contract: 1-year lease agreement.
• Requirements: 1 guarantor is required.
