7 day “dirty fast” - accountability post

Hi! I want to keep this short and sweet, so I’m just gonna lay it all out for you…

I have lost about 35 pounds on my own with just diet and exercise since last august, and am soo close to my goal weight. However, I tend to self sabotage, so I keep losing and gaining the same 10 pounds. My lowest low was around Easter at 135! (I honestly think a good chunk of what I’ve gained is water weight and bloat, but still…)

I’ve started a week long dirty fast (about 12 hours in now), so basically I will still have diet/ zero sugar Dr Pepper (can’t go without it :/) , and if I really feel like I need to eat, I’ll have some bone broth or pickles! I’m hoping this fast will be a hard reset to get me back into my disciplined mindset, and hopefully at least get me back to 135!

My plan for after the fast is to do only raw veg & fruit for 3 days, then doing omad 20:4 for a week before I go back to a normalish healthy meal-plan.

I will update in the comment section of this thread every single day with my morning weigh in and how I’m feeling, so if you don’t see me updating, PLEASE bully me!! I am posting here because I really need the accountability to succeed!
