Rock plaza lofts to Hoyt tower. As title says, are they good? Or should I stay away?
Hi! I am moving from NYC to Newark in July to start school and I don't know much about the area. I am curious if you all can suggest some good apartment buildings with good reputations. I am looking for a studio or 1 bed for <$2200/month. Right now I am looking at buildings like Hoyt tower, Arbol by Gomes, and Eleven80 but am also interested in a loft space. Are these good?? Ideally its near University Hospital, but I'll have a car so downtown or ironbound area is also interesting to me. (These are the cool safe-ish areas right??) Any other advice about moving to this area would also be appreciated.
