Currently contemplating a move. House now we bought at 300k with $110k salary. Moving to eastern PNW, new gross will be $185k. Most of what we’re looking at is 450k. Biggest thing is student debt which is based on income and is 1k a month. Current lender didn’t care and we are quite comfortable financially, but curious what general trend is with this debt
