So I have been on a GLP1 since January. Ran out a week and a half ago. The never even got near the max dose. Worked great, lost 30ish lbs. There were days where I know for sure I did not eat enough, but there were also days I ate more than I should have. I didn't 'count calories' but I was aware of what I was eating and tried to maintain a deficit. Fast forward to this week. I had my annual doctor visit. She did routine lab work. The only 'problem' I have had is fatigue so I was assuming maybe my thyroid or iron may come back abnormal. My glucose was 48! She called me that afternoon and was shocked it was so low and couldn't believe I didn't feel bad. She called in a monitor for me and I have had it on for 2 days now. Every time I eat, it goes up anywhere from 150-170 then drops to the high 50's. Reactive hypoglycemia? What could have caused this when one of the treatments for that is a GLP?

So I have been on Reta since January. Ran out a week and a half ago. The most I ever got up to was 2.5mg. For the last month or so, I would break the dose up, every other day or so.
