I’m 5’7, early 20’s, and weigh 223 LBS currently (down from 253 LBS)
I want to get down to 170 LBS but have been struggling with plateaus, I’ve been eating between 1500-2000 calories a day since December 30th, 2025.
Any advice on what to eat? Or just advice in general. As a mostly sedentary male that does strength training 2-4x a week?
