Hey guys,

I’m finally getting some of the necessary work done on my Mazda 6 GT. I’d appreciate some recommendations for parts and services. I need a break job, including pads and rotors, spark plugs, and a new drive belt (is it the timing belt?). I plan to buy the parts and take them to my local mechanic, but I’m also considering taking it to Mazda to get all these services done. Which option would be more cost-effective?

Yes, I understand that I shouldn’t have delayed these tasks, but money was scarce for a couple of months. However, I’m planning a long road trip in my car and want to ensure that everything is in order beforehand!
