Can I work in research
I have a BS in Physiology and Neurobiology and have been working as a CNA for 1.6 years as I initially wanted to go to PA school. After a while I realize patient care isn’t for me and was told based on my background (patient care exp + science degree) I could pivot into research
I’ve been applying for the past few months and have only gotten a few interviews
- research assistant at federally funded site
- CRC with private clinic
- CRC II with Mass gen
Am I in over my head? Can I realistically work in clinical research with no prior experience? Is the market bad?
