I am trying to figure out which themes would be most important in the personal statement vs the life experiences essay. Right now I'm thinking that I want my personal statement to focus on a few meaningful stories I have in patient care and tie that into my understanding of the role of a PA and how those experiences have shaped me.

For my life experiences essay, I want to highlight my experiences with underserved populations (through mostly my volunteer and leadership experiences).

Is this a good way to think about it? Or would the underserved populations theme be a stronger fit for the PS? I'm just trying to figure out the best way to divide up the things I want to say between the PS and the life experiences essay.
