In the middle of a bathroom reno and was wondering if theres possible way to cover up these pipes that are not super small and easy to cover up? Any suggestions?

Hi everyone!
I noticed that the ceiling of my bathroom has this weird pattern and discoloration (seen in pics below)
However its only present on the side where the bathtub/shower is. The other side of the bathroom ceiling is completely normal. Also the ceiling of the living room and kitchen and bedroom does not have this problem. Could someone tell me what this is and how to solve it?

I’m planning to get a washer and a dryer from different brands (not Ikea appliances) to put it in my kitchen. I would love to have it integrated into a METOD kitchen like the picture below with the cabinet fronts and everything and I was wondering if it would be possible to get it fitted like that?

Has anyone had similar experiences?
