I need help :((((

After Covid vaccine I developed chronic UTI, last time I got an UTI was really very hard to treat, I got many weeks antibiotics, the bacteria was gone but the burning and suffering didnt go away like 6 months. After that I got IBS which I have till now. Now the thing is I got another UTI 2 weeks ago and again same thing, the bacteria is gone, but the burning is killing me. Wth could it be, I cant anymore :((((((((((
