Hi!! I’m currently a SWE with 2yoe. When I go on company websites to apply they rarely have job listings for ppl with my number yoe and I never know what to do. Recruiters also rarely message me back on LinkedIn. Is it worth a shot applying to job listings that require more experience so that I can still apply for a more junior role?
