I say this as a guy who did everything in the game but.... I do not like this game.
I have 82 hours on record... and yes. I enjoyed the journey: Destroying anti air guns, liberating guerrillas, even doing the Lola 240X missions. it was cool.
Let's talk about the mods. Who actually used the poison/blast/soft target/incendiary ammo. Go armor pen and its all over. half the resolver weapons deal with vehicles. And there's like one of each tier of scope/silencer etc. that's actually useful that you want. I basically owned the game on guerrilla difficulty with the DE and dot sight.
But then there's the story. I thought 'Oh shit my friends die in the beginning, its gotta end well for that'
Or 'Oh shit, El Tigre and jonron died in that fight... that fucking hurt man... the ending must be great'
No... no that doesn't happen. I shot that yanqui piece of shit who tried to bribe me in the head and expected to regret it. Jokes on me, it made no difference to the ending.
All that happens is the chicken man kills himself and his son and you walk away... the fuck kinda ending is that? Clara is dead and there's no alternative ending where she doesn't.... and fucking JUAN is the one who got her killed. The boat ending is my canon ending cos everything else was worthless.
My final review:
Gameplay: 8/10 (farcry 3 is better)
Story 2/10 (farcry 5 is better)
Graphics: 7/10 (witcher 3 is better)
No upgrade trees
Not enough special hunts
Stop trying to get me to hunt every morsel of your hundred mile map
Amigos are cool
Fuck guys trying to shoot me while I'm fishing
Spent too much time in this game

I enjoyed the game but if you're in it for the story prepared to be disappointed
At least I didn't have many glitches I suppose
