0.25 management fee, zero fee on anything above 100k.

It’s very temping for me because even when only investing in indexes I always want to tinker and fine tune them chasing a couple extra points.

The set and forget for 30 years is very attractive, but at the same time maybe just go all SPY, or a mix?

Any insight or thoughts would be appreciated, thank you.

Also I have 1 card that has some essential automatic payments on it (insurance, mint phone bill etc).

Should I switch all those to by debit card and not get the 3% back?

I have 18k in CC debt on zero interest cards, one will start collecting interest in 10 months and the other in 22 months.

That 18k went into building out a camper van I live out of full time and don’t have rent payments anymore.

Obviously I can’t cancel the cards with balance until they are paid off.

Going back and forth w partners about selling my 20% of a company. Under normal circumstances a buyer would want a discount for the shares since they don’t own enough to influence company decisions. But in this case selling to either of my partners gives them 60% ownership and majority vote.

Both of them are trying to downplay that argument but I think it’s a valid point for getting face value based off a company evaluation. what are your thoughts?
