How do you reduce your phone screen time?
I work 8–10 hours a day on a computer, so I already feel like I’m glued to a screen. But somehow I’m still clocking over 5 hours a day on my phone as well, which feels… too much?!
The weird part is I’m not even doing anything extreme. I like to keep up with the news (local + international), I’ve only got a couple of social apps, and I scroll Reddit here and there (not even every day). I don't even check YouTube often...
I don’t really want to delete everything or ditch my phone altogether, that’s not super realistic. I’m more interested in small, practical changes that actually stick.
For those of you who’ve managed to cut your screen time down, what worked for you?
