Can one astral project by throwing their aura out of their body?
Hello, so I've been trying to astral project here and there among some other things, and I gained the ability to feel my aura (very easily so when meditating, too), and I can move it around well enough, so i've been wondering, would seperating my aura from my body be a viable method for AP?
