I am a mid 30s male who weighs 188 pounds and am six feet tall. I have belly and chest fat and barely any noticeable fat anywhere else. Looking for best type of Diet and Exercises which would reduce the fat and get me in better shape.

In the past I have eating typically processed foods and I am a beer fan. I have cut back on drinking and been discussing meal prepping with my wife on meals we could each cook to better our health. Looking for any suggestions on exercises and types of diets for me to reach my goal.
