Gmail hacked just to steal my MLBB account by an Indonesian. Now asking for ransom
On Wednesday, May 6, 2026, at approximately 3:30 AM, my mobile device was remotely factory reset while I was active on the account. I discovered that my primary Gmail account had been compromised by regaining temporary access via a passkey on my laptop and saw logs of different phone that wasn't mine. I set it to "It wasn't me" and changed password, unfortunately the unauthorized user successfully changed my recovery email and phone number, and name taking it over my Gmail
The attacker has now placed my account under Parental Controls effectively locking me out of security changes, after that he made contact using my hacked Gmail and demanding a ransom for the account's return. I have not paid the ransom.
I never login to any suspicious sites using my Primary Gmail of course.
I reached out google but I was only assisted by AI and use MLBB Customer service account recovery forms but none of them works
