I know Mount Sinai hires ADN. I’m enrolled in a BSN program (May 2027) I have clinical experience, I have BCLS,ACLS. I have skills needed, I’m willing to listen, to humble myself and prepare further for nursing world

What else could a new grad need, they post jobs but never hire? (And not just MS, every NY hospital tbh)

How are new grads expected to get experience if no chance given to us. Not everyone can relocate to another state for a job. We have kids, family, our life is in NY
