How can I generate a smooth collision mesh from array + bézier road?

Hi all, Blender noob here.

I generated a road using a single tile, added loop cuts to make it bend smoothly.

My problem is that when I export this into Unity the mesh isn't quite smooth and the seams between the road segments sometimes detect collision, stopping the object (let's say a ball) navigating that road suddenly.

Is there a way to achieve a smooth collision and still performant? I tried shade auto smooth but didn't help.
