Plateau
Was on a really good 1-2 sustainable weight loss journey with just an increase insteps. About 3 weeks ago got into weight training using a variety of workout ranging from 20-40 minutes 4-5 times a week with FitOn plus continuing my steps. I haven’t really changed much in my eating but I haven’t really seen the scale change, stuck going between the same pound fluctuations
