From the axis bank, i was getting alot of messages for ltf axis indian oil card, i do have one neweby my house and mostly that i use so I applied, completed my video kyc on 11 feb. after that there was no communication, i tried emailing them, they mentioned due to technical glitch from there side application not registered and wait for further response. then i keep getting mails that they are working, So i threatened them with rbi complaint and now they are offering 2500 rupees for delay . what to do? should i take it? it is almost 80 days.
