Hello there,

I am currently working in private sector in AD. My current contract implies 90 days of notice period. I got a new offer and they want me to join in 1 month. I have already put my resignation and tried to negotiate reduced notice period with my current employer. They are outright denying any negotiation. I offered to give up my pending annual leaves and expressed my consent to buy out the notice period not served but unfortunately they are not budging. I’m getting mixed messages from MOHRE as well. Anyone have any solid advice please?
