Hi, I would like to install Immich for photos. The problem is that my and my wife like to treat photos in an old-fashion way, and sometimes manage them by hand on a network drive.

I would like Immich to recognize our changes. So this looks like a perfect use-case for external library.

But we would also want to use Immich as photo uploader. And Immich is not able to upload to external library.

Is this either-or problem? Can't we make Immich upload photos to external library?
