Hi, my workplace has a PS-LX310BT that I would like to wire headphones to. It was previously set up for bluetooth headphones but our visitors are of all ages and some have a hard time navigating that. I did some research and purchased a headphones amp but I'm still not hearing any sound through the headphones. I hear the tone when the headphones amp is turned on but not the record. So I think the amp and headphones are connected correctly between each other and the issue is between the record player and the amp, but that's just conjecture on my part! I'm hoping someone can help me figure out what is missing or set up incorrectly. I've added photos of the back and of the amp that I'm using, along with the two sets of headphones I have available. I am a complete noob as this is not part of my regular job duties so please explain like I'm 5!! Thank you for any help!
