Mexico to UK via Amsterdam with dog in cabin

Right, I feel like I’m losing the will to live wrapping my head around all the moving parts, dates, criteria ect - I'm trying to bring my dog from Mexico City to the UK. We're stopping off in Amsterdam and getting the ferry to Newcastle. I've got the ferry booked with the pet cabin (27th July 5;30pm), and I've got my flight booked with KLM from Mexico City to Amsterdam (arrive 25th July 2:45pm), and she's already been paid for and registered as in-cabin. For me, it's the paperwork and everything. Just when I think I've figured everything out, I find out I haven't. So today I was trying to book the vets for Amsterdam, and then I don't know why on earth I didn't think about it, but of course, it was going to be a Sunday that I planned to see the vets. So, most of them are closed, if not all of them. And I've been back and forth today with a vet in Amsterdam who was saying, why don't I just get her dewormed in Mexico and get a Great Britain pet health certificate in Mexico? But the reason why I didn't think to originally do that is because I'm pretty sure I read somewhere or somebody told me, that that wasn't possible, that either Mexico couldn´t give me the certificate I need or if it was administered in Mexico, it wouldn´t be accepted in the UK….or something like that…. So that's why originally, I thought I would need to see a vet in Amsterdam to deworm and give me the certificate that I need to cross into the UK. So now I am confused. Does anybody know, or can anyone confirm that a Mexico government vet (SENASICA) can administer an EU health certificate that I'll need to enter Amsterdam, and they can also give me the Great Britain health certificate and deworm my dog, so that when I get to Amsterdam I don't have to actually see a vet? Can anybody confirm that or has experience?

She has a separate appointment end of June for her up to date rabies shot\microchip with a vet in Mexico who will provide correct documents for that.

And Maybe I can try and see the SENASICA vet on the 24th July, the day we leave ....our flight is 8pm.

We dock in the UK on the 28th July 9:15am.....i think the deworm window is 5 days?

How does SENASICA work? I feel I don´t understand fully.
