Bought a table (~$200) and it was slanted to one side because the left side was shorter by 6cm (compared to the listing). I actually told the installer about the slantedness and he did attempt to fix it. But I didn’t pursue then because it was like 9pm and poor lad looked helpless.
I wrote in to refund/return through Shopee directly but seller was prolly notified too because he has been pestering me non-stop to let him come and fix the unevenness + cancel the refund request. I don’t know how he is going to even fix it because the legs are off by 6 cm? I’m quite peeved because I don’t want to waste my time arranging for him to come down and then he can’t even fix it. Bro is even messaging me on WhatsApp when I don’t reply on Shopee. I just want to return this shit and get a refund.
Shopee side is still pending. I already sent more pics and measurements to show the 6cm discrepancy.
Based on experience, what are the odds I’ll successfully get to return and refund?
