I'm a mortgage broker in NJ (also licensed in FL and PA) and I'm looking to build out a more systematic realtor outreach program. Specifically, I want to outsource this. I want to hire someone whose job is to cold call or cold DM on social media and reach out to real estate agents on my behalf to set appointments — so I can focus on the meetings themselves rather than the prospecting.
Anyone worked with or working with someone they would recommend? I want them to have a script, system in place, accountability procedure already designed, etc. Out of the box - again I want to outsource this. I'm willing to pay for experience and a vetted process that gets results.
I'd also be open to taking one step back and talking to someone who offers a service that sets this service up - you know how to coordinate a system putting in place an experienced loan-officer-to-realtor appointment setter via cold calling and social media? I'd talk to you too.
I am not looking for coaching programs or DIY systems. I have read them all. The issue is spending energy and time doing it. I want to outsource this and find someone who can actually run this for me. Happy to DM if you'd rather not post publicly.
