Here's a question for the long weekend - what are some of the recent "real" plot sale prices that you know of?

News would make one believe that Chd heritage sectors have 22Cr 3 one-kanal plots sold in auction[1].

Mohali had 145sq.yard corner(?) plot in sec68 sold for 4Cr[2] which, if I remember correctly, was forfeited later.

Around my area "reputed" dealer that I know of claims 1 kanal park facing plots fetch 8-9Cr in Ecocities(1,2)

Wanted to know some real bits to all this.
