Hi,

I am from central Europe, I do primary Somatic/ACT therapy, for nearly 150k town, there is like 1 therapist doing couple. I want to do it, know I can handle it and be good at it, but want to get more info on this.

Like what actually helped you, and even what training you took and wasnt great? Thank you..

Something that I noticed. The more inner work and healing I do, the faster I can help client heal, I can catch subtle things in their bodies, say exactly what needs to be said, and the safe space and connection is created faster. They open up quicker because there is no subtle judgement.

Because I sense they feel more welcomed in my presence. I am not talking about positivity or optimism, or like overexcited therapist. Its like being at peace.. just sharing if anyone got similar experience.

That modalities are important, but when person deep down feels welcomed and accepted.. its different
