About Sword Rain V: What does it even do?
I get the idea that you get a +100% damage for each Effulgent Blade, so you get an AoE nuke. The problem in doing so is that you lose both Sword Rain V and Effulgent Release / Effulgent Compression, which is your main way of exhausting Effulgent Blade.
Am I misinterpreting how this card works or it is just really bad? Because Effulgent Release seems to do the same but it is reusable, but Single Target.
