Our client is looking for a detail-oriented and compassionate healthcare support professional? We’re looking for a Remote Patient Monitoring (RPM) Virtual Assistant to support patient care, communication, and administrative workflows for a growing healthcare team.

🔑 Key Responsibilities

📞 Patient Communication – Handle inbound/outbound calls, provide updates, and ensure excellent patient experience

📅 Scheduling & Follow-ups – Coordinate appointments and conduct timely patient follow-ups

🩺 Remote Patient Monitoring (RPM) – Assist in monitoring patient data and escalating concerns when needed

💻 Data Collection & Documentation – Accurately gather, update, and maintain patient records

💰 CPT Code Billing Support – Assist with billing processes related to CPT codes

🎧 Call Recording & Documentation – Ensure all interactions are properly recorded and documented

✅ Must-Have Qualifications

Strong English communication skills (verbal & written)

Experience in Remote Patient Monitoring (RPM) or similar healthcare support role

Knowledge of CPT codes and medical billing processes

Background in patient communication and coordination

Highly empathetic, detail-oriented, and organized

RN background preferred
