Hey! I’m a 23M working professional looking for a solo room around MAKATI!!! My office is right by Cash and Carry, so I’m looking for something within walking distance or a quick jeep/trike ride.

Budget: 7k max (hopefully inclusive of assoc dues). About me: Chill, non-smoker, works regular office hours. I’m pretty quiet and keep my space clean.

Looking for:

Solo room (not bedspace)

Safe area (flood-free if possible)

Can cook and do laundry

Stable signal for WFH days

If you have a lead or a room opening up this month, please DM me! Pass to scouts/agents, looking for direct owners or current tenants. Thanks!

Is there anyone here in Makati or near DLSU that's cheap? Right now I have 20k salary (taxed na po) and is it possible to have a place to rent with limited amenities? My budget would probably be around 3-5k and if there's anyone who needs a roomie

I'm planning on buying a budget friendly bike. I'm from Makati and I just wanna use it to stroll around Metro Manila. From Makati to QC or even Makati to Laguna.

I've seen bikes like Japanese bikes (idk I just asked Gemini what's the cheapest and most affordable bike HAHAHA)

is there any bike within the 2-5k range?

ALSO. If I'm travelling that distance, is wearing safety gears needed? (Alam ko helmet talaga is a must, but idk about pads and other stuff)
