Can't find celery easily at this season in where I am based, and if I find its quite expensive & not fresh. Any alternatives for it? I think aajonus said most of the veg juice should be from celery so I don't want to drink a pure carrot or beet juice.

Beginner here. What do u guys think is better? I have access to both (but not to never frozen high quality meat unfortunately:(
