Those who relocated for Boeing Seattle, how far out can you ask start date after all contingencies (background and drug check) cleared?

My situation:
My background check currently in process. I’ll be relocating from east coast, trying to sell my property and have other personal and family matter that just happened and it’d be less stress and better to start a bit later (early to mid July).

Is that bad to ask for start date that far out?
If it’s not good, is it possible to fly to do the orientation / onboarding on site in June, then remote/virtual or even unpaid leave until July?

Any info or previous experience would be greatly appreciated. Definitely will ask recruiter or hiring manager once contingencies cleared.
