I'm aware that there is some kind of time progression penalty when changing the time on your ds/3ds. I've been moving my hg cartridge between consoles and was wondering if this could cause the same issue, considering that the time might be slightly different on the two. The reason I'm wondering is because the safari zone needed an extra day for a Pokemon to appear.

Working on the National Pokedex and was wondering if any kind soul could help me out with a few legendaries. Recently discovered you can get a manaphy from pokemon Rangers. Now I'm curious if there is a similar trick with: Mew, Celebi, Jirachi and Deoxys. Or if the mystery gift route is the only option for them.
