what is a reliable aio for a i5-14600k?

i was just trying to find it on google but that won't really give me a straight answer

The 2 it did recommend me were the "ARCTIC Liquid Freezer III Pro 360 A-RGB" and the "CoolerMaster MasterLiquid ML240L RGB V2"

they both have reviews saying that they damaged the cpu and it's housing or that it ran hot (which is most likely user error but i just want to make sure)

i was originally going to get the "Thermalright Peerless Assassin 120 SE ARGB" but i saw that the 14600k apparently runs very hot and its recommended to get a aio instead of a air cooler

Is it possible to find a 750w PSU under $80 that's reliable?

I currently have a rx 9060 xt and I'm planning on getting a i5-14600k which I was told a 750w would be fine for that combination.

I'm on an extremely tight budget and the 2 PSUs I was recommended are over $110

I currently have a i5-11400f and an rx 9060 xt 16gb and only get 140 - 170 fps and have been needing to upgrade my CPU anyways so I was wondering what I should expect from a i5-14600k

i'm planning on upgrading to a i5-14600k and have an extremely tight budget, so far the only motherboard i can find that has decent reviews and isnt $150+ is the ASUS B760M-AYW

i've tried looking it up and i've only been able to find people saying that it's okay at best or pairing it with a different cpu

google won't give me a straight answer and i've seen people say yes and no on other posts,

i have a pre built pc so i don't have access to the windows key that was used on it.

and considering that windows 11 keys aren't extremely cheap i need to know if i need to count that into my budget as well

right now i'm trying to figure out what will fit in my budget and what won't.

googles answer ranges from 650w - 850w which those have a decent price difference

my old gpu was a rtx 3050 8gb. i just upgraded to a saphire pulse rx 9060 xt and i am very unimpressed with it. people told me it would be much better but on a game like siege i'm only getting 20 - 30 fps more on the same settings. i don't know if there are some drivers i downloaded wrong or some setting that i need to disable. but if anyone could give me suggestions on what to do it would be very helpful
