I'm not up to date with the new exploits but I've never seen this. We were all solo queue and one of my teammates calles a votekick and says how blue is cheating. We kick him and he returns and becomes mad because we kicked him and he goes no scope jump scouting across the map until he got vac lived in round 6. Mind you we kicked him 4 times in the meantime and we asked him how he dodges the ban he said something in the lines of I just turn off my wifi? Doesn't make any sense...
