I plan to get a Synology nas for our business and perform active backup for business for M365 and provide cloudsync for our work environment but we have some documents that are accessed at the same time by multiple people and they access the document from different places as well. Some folks get to this file through teams, directly on sharepoint, and some would go through the file explorer and get it there instead. I want to make sure we dont have people working around eachother so I wonder how this would work in practice? It is a PO log that we have multiple people in at the same time and it has to be at least better than the way it is now. Has anybody else experienced similar things with the cloudsync on synology with multiple users accessing the same file from different places?
