Had to stop due to sleep apnea
After almost two years of progressively worse sleep apnea (rattling the walls, fam), growing a thick neck like a prizefighting bull's, rage issues, and injection fatigue, I just stopped cold turkey one day. It wasn't an intentional decision; I just missed a pinning day, and then another... and another... and, well, now I have approx 15 ampules of sustanon 250mg that I don't know what to do with.
It's been almost 8 weeks. I'm noticing a definite decrease in muscle mass but my sleep apnea has disappeared altogether. Was this a stupid move to not do it under my urologist's supervision? Absolutely, I'll take that L. But... I'm not (yet) regretting it.
Anyone done something similar? Let me hear your anecdotes.
Edit: shortly before I quit, I had started seeing a psychiatrist for anxiety but I ended up getting diagnosed with major depressive disorder and put on meds. My mental health has greatly improved.
