I have PTSD, and I’m trying to prep myself for any sudden loud sounds, specifically simulating gunshots or explosions. My wife has been wanting to see the play and I’m trying to brave it, but I get extremely anxious and triggered if something loud happens unexpectedly. Any advice would be great.
