Devices refusing to connect
Hi, I'm hoping for some practical help.
I have a homebase 2 and two 2C camera bought and connected, all working fine. Until 1 month ago.
I then realised I couldn't alter any settings. I could view live and recorded video fine.
I tried removing a camera and reconnecting it, but it wouldn't reconnect.
Eufy replaced the camera but that didn't help. I then removed the homebase 2 to reconnect that, but it wouldn't reconnect.
Eufy support have now sent me a replacement homebase 2, and that won't connect either.
I followed Eufy support instructions thRough all of this, ensuring DHCP is enabled, the device has static ip and port forwarding is setup.
The router is a TPLink ax5400.
Am I missing something obvious? The original setup was easy and faultless. I'm currently planning to ask for a refund if I still can. I can't fault Eufy support, but the device seems to be inoperable.
