Hey everyone! My current roommate and I are looking for one roommate to join us in a 3 bed / 1 bath apartment in Medford. The room is $1050/month + utilities, available June 1st, with a 1-year lease.
The apartment is the first floor of a two-family house with a big backyard, plenty of street parking, and in-unit laundry in the basement. We’re about a 10-minute walk to the Green Line at Tufts/Medford, and close to Davis Square, Somerville, Cambridge, and Tufts.
We’re both working professionals in our 20s and keep the place clean, chill, and respectful. Looking for someone around 21–30, ideally a working professional with a normal schedule, who’s clean, easy to live with, and good with communication. No couples.
