Issues on ultrawide
So I’ve been using steam link to stream to my Apple TV for a few years now. And while I wouldn’t say it’s problem free it’s been pretty good for what I want. However today it was unusable and I was wondering if anyone has recently had any of the same issues:
The resolution is no longer matching my TV. I have a 4K TV and a 1440p ultrawide. Now it used to go to 4K with it being weird and zoomed in on the monitor but of course I didn’t really care about that. I was playing on the TV. Now my monitor doesn’t support a 4K resolution so I don’t really know what it was doing only that it was working. Now this no longer happens. It goes into ultrawide mode with black bars on the top and bottom.
Some games (I only tested Lego games here) did not work at all. For some reason the screen was black and it said there was a poor connection (I’m plugged in via Ethernet) but I did hear audio fine and I could interact with my controller.
I was wondering if anyone has seen these issues before and if so any ideas on solutions?
