So I was with my ex for almost 9 years. Since we split up just over a year ago I have continuous dreams about her hurting or neglecting one of our children. I also have dreams of her like she's possessed or some. I probably have these dreams atleast a few times a week and I wake up panicked. The thing is she was never ever mean to our child. I should add that he as severe autism and doesn't speak. One more thing though. When we were together I would have bad dreams like she was cheating. Well that kinda was true but u didn't know it. I don't know ow it's been bothering me and I guess I needed to put it out there. Thanks much.

Why can't u use the Hotspot i have the plus plan

Ok so I have been on trt for about 6 years. Im 38 now I started at 32 because of actual completely tanked testosterone. My levels at the time 98 ng/ml doctor said that was what a 10 year old should have. Anyways I'm started at 200mg weekly and then down to 150 mg a week my choice. Alot story short I just got a new endo about a month ago. So I got bloods done and all that. The new female endo says ur bloods aren't optimized ur only at 637. But thats whatever. She freaking tells me I should be higher for 150mg. Anyways she prescribed me 300mg a week but told me to only injected once a week and to stop doing my 3x a week because she had never heard that. Anyways so I said fuck it and started her way. But damn the day after I do my one shot I feel so intense and just off. Has anyone ever heard of that before. By way I dont think there labs where right because for a few years when I was doing 200mg a week my levels where constantly between 1400 and 1600. Just had to ask this.

So I want to get started with devices like flip but dont know where to start what would be my easiest route to start learning please
