My friend emailed 100 restaurants asking to add an item to their menu. Most of them ghosted him, but a restaurant called Kingfisher Bar & Grill heard him out and worked with him to add an item to their menu. They served it as a lunch special and it outperformed every other dish, and received lots of positive feedback.
