I've finished my starting dose of 2.5mg. And I'm on my 2nd week of my 5mg dose.

So far, I think I have only lost maybe 5 kilos of weight, which is far less than I thought I would lose. I have been eating a lot more healthily over the past 1.2 months, and I have cut out a lot of snacks.

I feel fine physically, but I am unsatisfied with how much weight I have lost.

I have not been exercising a lot at all. I was under the assumption I would be able to lose a good amount of weight without exercise, although I am not opposed to it I just have not found the time for it.

Any suggestions? Should I remain optimistic? Increase my dosage? or should I just do the obvious and start exercising more regularly?
