How do I progressively overload with kettlebells on body and bell?

For those of you who are doing body and bell(the workouts are fun and awesome) but for the love of God neither the coach nor anyone else replies to anything.

Her workouts are new everyday every week, how do I progressively overload? Since she says 3 reps or 5 reps for some exercises, i really want to hit the 12-15 rep range, but the very next workout is different, then how am I supposed to know how to progress on reps.
